Hey, everyone! Long time no see!

This piece is actually something I finished quite a while ago; I just never got the time to put it up.
I'd like to thank BlackBlade94 for making another canonxoc base for me. I asked for France from Hetalia this time.

Why, you may be asking? Well, in all honesty, I like France but only when he's being romantic rather than creepy. Plus, my dad told me that this is supposed to be the way a Frenchman would greet a lovely young lady: down on one knee, take their hand, say something like, "Enchante, mon cherie", and kiss the top of their hand.
